Milad Tower is the tallest tower in Iran, the third tallest tower in the Middle East and the 6th tallest telecommunication tower in the world. A multi-purpose tower for telecommunications, tourism and meteorological use

Milad Tower is located in an area of about 75,000 hectares in District 2 of Tehran, northwest of the capital.

This tower was torn down in 1997 and 11 years later in 2008 it was opened at a height of 435 meters.
